The Coburg Initiative is a major urban development project that will revitalise the heart of Coburg. Covering 35 hectares around the thriving Sydney Road–Bell Street area, this development will provide innovative residential, retail and commercial opportunities. Equiset, a Grollo Group company specialising in property development, project and design management and construction, was selected by Moreland City Council to partner it in this major urban renewal project. Equiset will work closely with the Council and with local residents and businesses to develop facilities to meet the needs of current and future communities. |
